Quartz is a fast, batteries-included static-site generator that transforms Markdown content into fully functional websites. Thousands of students, developers, and teachers are already using Quartz to publish personal notes, websites, and digital gardens to the web.
In my words, Quartz is super nice framework that allows you to publish your notes from obsidian for free. In reality, it goes far beyond that. It provides the visualization and relatedness of Obsidian to be hosted for free on the internet. If you know me at all, you know I can resist using frameworks like that.
If you are visiting from docs.apurvashah.org or index, you are looking at a quartz instance. To get started with quartz, follow the documentation on the officially supported site. I personally use vercel for hosting but you can use anything. I think most people use GitHub pages. I have yet to work with it.
